I have read the FAQ and it didn't solve my problem.
My problem isn't related to the issues addressed
in the FAQ concerning website access, CASSi access, or
document downloads from the BBS.
I am trying to access CASSi and received a message
that reads, "Connection Failed" and/or "The remote host
or network may be down". (Which means it is inaccessible)
You don't have to file a help request. The condition
is temporary. The server is down.
