Why are you a Certified Flight Instructor? I enjoy teaching others the complexity and beauty of flight. I especially am focused on flying and teaching aerobatics. Currently competing in intermediate aerobatic competitions. I guarantee that as an aerobatic pilot I can help you gain confidence in all phases and types of flight!
How long have you been instructing? 4 Years Now.
Do you tend to favor PAO or SQL, and how might it affect a student's ability to schedule time? PAO and SQL
How would you describe your availability in general? I teach full time so am available during the week days and evening. During the weekend I usually take Sunday off but teach on Saturday
What method of ground school do you prefer and how does it relate to your syllabus? Joining one of our ground school classes is a cheap and effective means of learning the material and making friends in the world of flying.
What is your favorite aircraft to instruct in? Extra 300L, Now that it is gone, Pitts S2C
What are your aircraft recommendations for a new student? Tailwheel is a great option as it makes your stick and rudder skills sharper than if you learned in a tricycle gear aircraft.
What percentage of your students pass their checkride on the first try? So Far 95 percent.
