Why are you a Certified Flight Instructor?
Like many others, I have always loved aviation. My Grand Father was a pilot and he got me hooked on flying at a young age.
Do you tend to favor PAO, SQL, HWD or E16, and how might it affect a student's ability to schedule time?
I live closest to PAO, but I also spend a lot of time at HWD because I teach the ground school there.

How would you describe your availability in general?
My current extended summer hours are:
Mon - Sun 9:00-11:30 12:00-2:30 2:30-5:00 5:00-7:30

What method of ground school do you prefer and how does it relate to your syllabus?
I teach the ground school at the Hayward location and I think it is a real cost savings tool to learn all of the theory and regulations. One time fee vs pay per hour for ground instruction.

What is your favorite aircraft to instruct in?
The C172SP 1- It is a very forgiving aircraft and is good trainer 2- They are more modern than some of the standard trainers other schools offer. Like the 1970-1980 C172Ns 3- WVFC has many of them at all locations so scheduling easy and availability is good.
Additional Comments:
24hr Cancellation Policy - a $60 fee will apply to all flight canceled within 24hrs of reservation for reasons other than aircraft maintenance or weather.
