I've been working in the aviation field for 13 years. I have flown all over the US in various types of aircraft. Flying is truly one of the most rewarding experiences and I would highly recommend it to anyone! It develops confidence, sharpens judgement and gives one an indescribable sense of freedom.

Why are you a Certified Flight Instructor?
As an aviation enthusiast, I can think of nothing more rewarding than to fly airplanes and to share my joy of flying with others!

Do you tend to favor PAO, SQL, HWD or E16, and how might it affect a student's ability to schedule time?
I can fly out of PAO,SQL,HWD.

How would you describe your availability in general?
I instruct full-time and am flexible. I also fly most weekends.

What method of ground school do you prefer and how does it relate to your syllabus?
I usually use Jepesson syllabus and if needed, will develop a curriculum and lesson plans for the student�s needs.

What is your favorite aircraft to instruct in?
Generally, I like to teach in fixed-pitch and fixed-gear aircraft for beginners due to their simplicity. Otherwise, I like to teach in all types of aircraft.

What are your aircraft recommendations for a new student?
Cessna 152, weight permitting. I also recommend Cessna 172,Piper Warriors and Piper Archers.
