Website related problems should be addressed by a Help Request and CASSi specific problems should be sent to techsupport@wvfc.org.
When reporting any problem, please offer as much information as you can. At a minimum, include your computer platform (PC, MAC, etc...), the browser or software you are using along with the version number, whether you're accessing via the Internet or a club terminal, and the last few steps you took prior to encountering the problem.
It is also helpful if you include your member number, and if you provide a phone number it will make it easier to get in touch if additional information is needed.
