			Categories General and Miscellaneous Topics CASSi/Members Only Section Issues West Valley Mailing Lists CFIs (Including CFI CASSi questions) GENERAL I am a WVFC member, so why can't I get into the members-only sections of the website? I tried to set up a Website account but when I submitted the form I was told that I was attempting to submit the form anonymously, and wasn't allowed to proceed. How can I set up an account? I am a WVFC member, I've set up a member account and can get into the members-only sections, so why can't I download member documents from the Bulletin Board System (BBS) or post messages or replies? What should I do if I still don't have access after setting up my account and receiving notification of activation, or if I encounter an error or problem with a page on the Website or while working in CASSi? I dislike the choice of at least one of the following: Font sizes, type styles, colors, graphics, animations, Javascripts, Java Applets, etc... Why don't you make a change? CASSi/MEMBERS ONLY I tried to access CASSi by clicking on the CASSi icon in the "Members" section. I entered my member number at the "Username" prompt and provided the correct password. It seemed like I was "in", but when I got to the scheduling pages I was kicked out and told I didn't have a valid Username or ID and password. What do I do? I am trying to access CASSi and received a message that reads, "Connection Failed" and/or "The remote host or network may be down". Does that mean the server is down? When I get to CASSi I receive the message, "You must log into CASSi via the West Valley Home Page or from an in-house terminal." What's up? How do I get a color bar display for more than one day at a time? How do I reschedule a flight? How do I cancel a flight? How do I Wait List multiple types? How do I cancel only the CFI from my scheduled flight? What's the deal with the passwords? I forgot my password. What should I do? If I'm conducting a Cassi session and walk away for awhile, when I come back and try to continue my session I am asked to log in again. However, even if I "logoff" of CASSi and then later click on the CASSi gateway, I'm not asked for my password again. Why? MAILING LIST How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to a mailing list? I have a new email address -- What do I do? When I try to post a message to the mailing list, I get an error message saying that I must be subscribed in order to post messages. CFIs I'm an instructor, I've changed my Website password, and now I can't get into the CFI section. I'm a new instructor. How can I set up a personal bio? Can I ever change it? I've tried to make some changes to items like my hourly rate, instructor classification, ratings, phone numbers, and checkpilot status. How come these changes aren't being made? How can I display my CASSi CFI schedule to show more than one day at a time? How do I block out some days on my CASSi CFI schedule? How do I modify or delete blocked out periods of my CASSi CFI schedule?
